Old Cathedral School receives Commendation

The Cornwall Buildings Group was formed in 1969 with the aim of stimulating 'interest, appreciation and knowledge of good building in Cornwall, and to encourage the erection, protection, repair and recording of such buildings'.  With a mission to encourage good architecture and to raise the general standard of buildings throughout the county of Cornwall, Truro Cathedral was thrilled that the design and restoration of Old Cathedral School received a commendation in the recent Cornwall Buildings Group 2018 awards ceremony.  Koha architects were joined by Roger Bush, Dean of Truro Cathedral, and the Contractor team (Nova) to receive the award at Lanhydrock.

The Old Cathedral School provides multi-space for business, education and the arts. To read more about the Old Cathedral School and the story of its restoration please visit our Old Cathedral School webpage
