Truro Camera Club's Photography Exhibition 2025

This exhibition has been created and produced by the members of Truro Camera Club. As a non-profit organisation, they were formed to bring together people from the local community who share a passion for photography.

The club offers a welcoming environment for all, providing valuable learning opportunities from experienced members, engaging talks from a diverse range of guest speakers, and regular meetups at various locations for photoshoots. Truro Camera Club embrace a wide range of abilities, encouraging each member to explore and express their unique interests and passions. Whether producing creative compositions or more natural imagery, every member’s perspective is valued.

Inspiration is often drawn from Cornwall's rich history and heritage, including the stunning architecture of our towns and cities. Cornwall’s diverse landscapes, ranging from dramatic seascapes to breathtaking wildlife, offer endless opportunities for photographers. With such beauty on our doorstep, Cornwall truly is a photographer’s paradise.

At Truro Camera Club, inclusion and diversity are at the heart of everything they do. They are committed to fostering a vibrant community where individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives are celebrated. By welcoming people from various cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds, the club create a space where creativity flourishes and is enriched by a broad range of viewpoints. Promoting inclusion ensures that all voices are heard and that every photographer, regardless of skill level or background, feels respected, supported, and empowered to share their craft.

If you’d like to get involved, we meet every Monday evening at 7:30 p.m from September to May at Carnon Downs Village Hal

Photographs will be located in the alcoves of the Nave.

The exhibition takes place from Friday 31 January - Sunday 16 February.

On Friday 7 February, the photographs will be changed over and there will be a fresh display exhibited.
